Hide a ThreadΒΆ

Hiding a thread removes it from student view. The hidden thread is still visible to the instructor.

To hide a thread:

  1. Navigate to a threaded discussion link in your Canvas site.
  2. Click on the eye with a strikethrough icon next to the thread you wish to hide.
  3. Click on OK.
  4. The thread will be hidden from students.

To unhide a thread, click on the eye with a strikethrough icon to the left of a hidden thread and click on OK.
