Quick poll results for instructors¶
There are a few things to note about viewing the results of a quick poll:
- By default, students can see the results summary but not how individuals responded.
- By default, instructors can see the results summary and how individuals responded.
- If a quick poll is set to anonymous, no one can see how individuals responded.
- Instructors may choose to hide the results summary from students.
To view a quick poll's results:
- Click on the link of the Quick Poll instance you added to your course.
- Locate the results (graph) icon next to the poll and click on it. If the poll is set to be anonymous, the results (graph) icon will be disabled.
- You'll be able to review how many individuals responded to each option and the names of individuals who responded to each option.
Quick poll results for students¶
To view a quick poll's results:
- Click on the link of the Quick Poll instance in your course.
- Select your response. You'll be able to see how your peers responded to the poll if the setting to allow students to see the results summary is enabled.
